Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in our products! These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Pauher Design’s webshop. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webshop.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Website and all its content is owned by Pauher Design. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.
Before placing an order, you can review it and make changes. A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Pauher Design to the e-mail address you submitted. This is a receipt for your delivery. If a product happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, Pauher Design will notify you of this by email. We will then cancel the order in question and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the Webshop you will be given the opportunity to either purchase the product at the correct price, or cancel the order. Pauher Design reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.
We accept payments via MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, PayPal, American Express, Google Pay, Shopify Payments and Klarna. When you pay by credit card, these transactions are handled by our payment partner Shopify Payments, which also guarantees security. Visit www.shopify.com to read more about their payment services. The total amount for order value, shipping and any other costs is checked and reserved on your debit card before the amount is deducted.
Prices on pauherdesign.se are shown in SEK. We reserve the right to change prices. Pauherdesign is not responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Your order is processed within 3-5 days with certain exceptions such as inventory and holidays.
If a delivery is delayed or can not be sent due to stock balance or other reasons, you will be informed of this as soon as possible. You will then be offered the opportunity to cancel your order free of charge and entitled to a full refund.
5.1 PACKAGES NOT BEING PICKED UP
Pauherdesign is not responsible for packages that are not being picked up at the postal office when it is delivered. You will then be charged SEK 225 for return shipping and administrative costs.
5.2 TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If you find any damages caused in transit when you receive your package, this must be reported to PostNord immediately. This applies both to home delivery and when picking up from a postal office. If you find any damaged or missing items, you as a customer are obliged to contact Pauherdesign customer service no later than within 7 business days after receiving it. You may then enter your order number and case number from Postnord. When returning products, the customer bears the financial responsibility if the products are damaged or do not arrive.
As a customer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid receipt within 14 business days after you have received your products. The product must be returned in perfect condition in original packaging and with all hangtags left. After you have contacted us by email and received the necessary information, you can send the product back to the address we provide. Unidentified items that are returned may be refused a refund. Returns that are damaged, dirty, washed or worn are not accepted. Pauherdesign does not cover the cost for return shipping.
6.1 CHANGES IN ORDERS
Once you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will start processing your order. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order. If you come across any wrongly entered contact information, it is your duty to contact us. We are not responsible for an order sent to an address incorrectly provided by the customer.
If you would like to make an exchange if you ffor example want to change size or color or size of a product, customers are asked to make a return and then place a new order. For questions or help, please contact us by email.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Pauher Design shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or penalties caused by the non-performance in accordance with these Terms due to circumstances of its control including but not limited to in case of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural catastrophes or similar event, technical problems, failure of electrical / telecommunication / data communications or other communications, as well as defects or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein. If such circumstances occur, We will try to inform you.
