SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all purchases over SEK 500 within Sweden and expected delivery is about 4-6 working days.

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.

For delivery to the EU or USA, shipping will be added, which the buyer will be responsible for. Expected delivery to EU & USA is approximately 10 days. 

RETURNS

It is very important for us at Pauher Design that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you for any reason want to make a return, we accept returns with a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) upon return within 14 days of receiving your order. In order for the return to be accepted, you must first contact us via email at pauherdesign@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for return costs.

For the return to be accepted the returned product(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact, including all bags and tags.  A return that comes to us without us first being contacted is not accepted. This applies without exception.
